the text is gone, I turned on limewire one day, and I can't read anything, in my shared files, I can't read the titles of anything, they aren't there, all the folders are there, just no text, I can't tell when I'm connected cause the connection screen is blank, like I said, anything with a white background behind it is unreadable, I still have limewire 1.7, so I tried to up grade, that didn't work, I uninstalled everything, and reinstalled everything, still no text, I don't get it.?

I have the Same EXACT problem, Isn't anyone out there going to help?

I strongly suggest you upgrade to Java 1.4.1 and LimeWire 2.6.3. There have been very significant changes since LimeWire 1.7 - including fixing bugs like missing text.
