white boxes used to search are missing

The white boxes that you enter search information for are missing. I have reinstalled Limewire and it still has the same problem. any ideas why?

I'm having the same problem. I installed version 2.7.3 and after that the boxes for searching mp3 files were gone.

Has ANYBODY got a solution?
