Help needed: javaw.exe missing

I am a first time user of Limewire/Gnutella.
I've just downloaded Limewire 1.5. The download seemed to pass smoothly and
when I installed it I used all the default settings (I use a cable modem).
When I double click on the Limewire icon to start it, however, I get a
message saying that the file/folder javaw.exe cannot be found. How can I
correct this? Do I need to redownload Limewire? If so, how do I uninstall
the (faulty) version of Limewire I've already downloaded? (Since there's no uninstall option do I just go to the Add/Remove Programs option?)

Anyone?
