Windows 2k reboots when exiting LW

I recently updated to a newer version of Limewire (3.1 I think). It works fine, but as soon as I exit, my system reboots??? I uninstalled the program and updated to 3.2.3 Pro hoping it would fix it, but I have the same problem. I've been usinf LW for a long time and never had this problem unitl I updated. I am running Win 2k on a good machine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I loaded Java 1.4.2 and it works fine now.
