Hi there,
I'm trying to upgrade my Limewire but when I click on DOWNLOAD LIMEWIRE PRO 3.2.3: Use your email address to find your personal download page and update your software. an error comes up, does anyone have a working link on the page to search your personal page? Thanks in advance |

I'm having the same problem. Sent an email to customer service detailing the error msg but, would you believe, nary so much as a whimper in response.

When did you send the email? It is currently a Sunday, and no one is officially at work, so it may take awhile. It'll be fixed first thing Monday morning, if not sooner.

Okay, it being a weekend is a valid point and one I should have noted. Waiting until Monday or Tuesday is not unreasonable. But, doesn't it seem prudent to post weekend policies somewhere such that customers/users would have a high probability of being so informed?

The problem is fixed now, thanks for letting us know about it.
With respect to weekend policies, I find that most companies with a presence on the web are 'off' for the weekend and things go a little slower than normal. Hopefully this was fast enough.
