That didn't make much sense, but yes I guess the RIAA could know that you have whatever you have. The chance isn't too big though, 'cos if the RIAA were going to check every user, then they'd have to sue half the world. There's not a big risk, but there is a risk. Try downloading peerguardian if you're not sure. It blocks RIAA's IP adresses
