I have been using Limewire for a couple years now. Never had a problem. All of a sudden a few days ago, I tried to open it, and a box popped up giving me an error or something, saying it couldn't open because Java wasn't detected (something along those lines). The strange thing is, no one else uses this pc, I made no changes, yet Java wasn't installed on my pc all of a sudden.

Anyway, I follow the link that Limewire gives me, download Java again, install it. Now Limewire will not open. I get no error. I click on the icon, and my pc starts working, but then nothing happens. I downloaded the latest version. Same thing.

I have no idea what to do. I plan on uninstalling Java, and reinstalling again, but outside that, I am stumped.

Any ideas?
