I just downloaded the update to 3.8.10 and i a message called "TopMoxie Installation Error" then it goes on to saying. "TopMoxie requires the microsoft virtual machine" then gives a website, "Http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm"

How do i get rid of this error?

Use the international windows installer, it doesn't come with TopMoxie.
