I enabled lime wire to automatically launch everytime I startup my computer and every single time I startup my computer I get this error message saying that I need Microsoft Virtual Machine or something like that and it gives me a web site address for me to get it and then I go to that web site and it says Microsoft Virtual Machine no longer exists and that Java by Sun microsystems is the new replacement tool and I have that in my computer and I even downloaded Java again just to make sure, and I still keep getting that stupid error message everytime my computer starts up how do I fix that?

I'm not the best peron to answer this (I'm a mac person), but I'd suggest that the option of auto startup is for those who are on a netwk & permanently connected to the net. I'd suggest you untick Run on Startup & instead just run it from auto connect when you open LW. I think you'll sole this issue that way (make sure you're connected to the internet when you open LW.)
