Install Problems

Thanks for the response Lonestar I am New at this and I am sorry for not giving enough info see if this helps. I am running windows Me rev1.1. I have a gateway with a 20 gig harddrive and a 1000mhz processor(athalon) with 128 mb in ram. I am running norton utilities in the background. And when I go to uninstall/install prgrams limewire is not there. But when I do a file search it comes up so I delete it and try to download again and the same thing happens every time. Like I said I am new at this so make it simple please if you can do anything Thanks.
