hey. sup all. well, i have just downloaded limewire and ran it. one problem tho. whenever i move the mouse or go to a button or use the scroll bar, the screen will flicker. it will flicker for about 1-2 seconds then go bak to normal until i do the move the move or whatever again. it is very annoying. please help. thanks.

That sounds like a problem with your monitor or video card. From your desktop right click and select properties. From there click the settings tab, click advanced and choose the monitor tab. Turn your refresh rate up and see if that fixes the problem. If not post the manufacturer (nVidia, ATi, Matrox) and the model of your video card. Good luck.
