everytime i try to install limewire, i get some kind of installsheildwizard thing keeps coming on my screen. it says that it'll only take a few minutes, but its been 3 days. Please help..

I'm sorry you're having trouble, I'll try and help by pointing you at a fix I saw on another post a couple of days ago that sounds very like your problem.

Go to page 2 of the posts - look for a post by Darrel dated 7.25.01 - titled - Installation!

Maximus Bongus posted a solution to the problem and everyone having the same problem was delighted with it.

If you can understand it - give it a try
if not - try sending Maximus B a personal message (but you have to register to do that)
