Can you supply a few more details. When LW is open, click Tools-Options & go to Bug report & click for an example. In the window that appears scroll down to the part that says: "Recieved incoming this session". If it says 'false' then maybe a firewall is blocking your access. Post back your results & your OS version & connection type. Do you have a router & what types of these & firewall are being used.
