Hello, I currently just have the regular limwire . Will getting limewire pro boost the time it takes to download movies. I would like to know if its worth the money. Thank You

The simple answer to that is no. What LW Pro offers is better connections via connecting to more ultrapeers. So you'd expect some small improvement re: search results. Your connection quality should be in the blue (turbo charged) for most of the time (compared to free version where it might only happen once in a while.) I suppose with improved search results you might hope to connect to more sources as a result. This might happen but there's no guarantees. It seems different people have had varying differences/experiences in improvement. Chat option is better. You get 6 mths of free updates & tech support.
Paying for pro is not really a major expense $18.88. Some people consider it more-so a donation to a highly effective program & helping to keep it alive for us to use. Also keeping it alive to develop & improve with each version. If you've seen the beta (4.1.5) you'll know what I mean. And if you see the discussions in the beta or New Feature Requests sections of the forum, you'll see what ideas the developers will be trying to bring in over time.
Some people who have upgraded to pro had high expectations of something dramatically better & were disappointed. If you do decide to go pro, don't expect there to be anything 'especially' different.
