I'll be curious to hear how it goes.

What do you do about dynamic IP's?

I block spam IP's for a little while, then try to clear the list on later sessions. Legitmate users have enough trouble connecting--I'd regret it if they get assigned one of the dynamic IP's that showed up on one of the blocklists at one time.
