Is it just me or does lime wire install a virus

Is it just me or does lime wire install a virus, and alot of spyware.

Well it's definitly a virus on your computer not limewire Update you antivirus definitions, once done, run spybot or adaware. You can then reinstall LW to see that what I said about LW was true.

You can get various forms of malware (in short, virtually anything that's "in the market") not from Lw, but from what you dld: .exe files and .zip are very susceptible file formats. Sooo, if you enjoy dlding programs (particularly Warez) with the bad habit of not scanning them (at least for virii and trojans and worms), then you can also enjoy a free helping of Spyware à la Adware with Virii topping and Trojans on the side. Worms are optional.
