I joined what I thought was limewire through this site

I am now told that this site charged me $37.45 for something that Limewire gives for free. Are you aware of these people and what they are doing? Have I been ripped off. I am told that Limewire does not even offer a lifetime membership, how can these people do this. They claim a 30 day free trial and it is guarnteed, I have demanded my money back, but don't think I stand a chance. What do I have then some sort of free trial from limewire? Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
