After installing and uninstalling limewire 3 times, I've decided to appeal on the forums;
Instead of seeiung text on the interface, I see only small squares/boxes. Other than "select type" at the top right, and the "LimeShop" header, along with the site it pulls up, nothing can be read. The buttons still function (eg, you can still pulls down what I assume to be the "file" heading at top right) but nothing is readable. Also, when I try to search, I get a message of some sort - that I can't read.
I'm in a dorm with other who have working Limewire so it's probably something to do with my computer - a dell "inspiron 1150."
Anyways, if someone could help, great, if not, oh well...

LimeWire's language is set to something your computer doesn't understand. If you see the menu, click on the second set of boxes (it should be the 'View' menu), then the last item in that menu (which would be 'Change Language' -- it should have an arrow to the right of it), and choose English (it will be in English). You'll have to restart LimeWire to get the right language. The next beta version of LimeWire will stop LimeWire from getting into a state where it's all boxes.
