install trouble

i am new to lime wire and when i try to install, i get this message:

"Install support file -
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{F60857CD-63A0-4ECD-9FF1-A760D3875675}\
could not be installed.
Access is denied."

Can anybody help?
