taskbar spazes out

when ever i have limewire open my taskbar flashes on and off. I have styles Xp installed and have the tribute 2 color scheme for the colors and have transparency enabled. for limewire i have the black skin installed. Any ideas on how i could fix this?

if it helps my:

OS-windows home edition
version of limewire is LimeWire Client 4.2.3
styles Xp version- 2.14
