 joyrider, I suspect a good part of your problem is low RAM. Try shutting down any programs or processes you don't absolutely need before running Limewire. Also in Limewire go to TOOLS, OPTIONS, UPLOADS and set the upload bandwidth slider to about midway. Good luck, Norm
