NO DISK in Drive

I have uninstalled and reinstalled LW now twice. In the LW folder under programs there is only ONE icon for the program. On the desktop there is just the ONE icon as well. No matter which one I click on I get the same message.

So now what??? I paid for this program and can't even get started using it at all!!
