| Some of these isp providers that block or filter p2p don't necessarily do it to all p2p apps/users. And in some cases it can almost be random. eg: some people within the same area might even be able to use those same p2p apps. Or use others. I've left a link or 2 to articles that discuss this issue. Probably if you search insight or filter* or block* then you might find such links as well as other comments. In fact you can do your own Google search 'Does insight block p2p' & see what you come up with.
