When I launch a file it opens real jukebox but will not play the file. HELP!

I had this problem a few weeks ago - tried various things and can't quite remember what I did to correct it.

I think I deleted the file from the player and relaunched it from either the library or the C: drive - then it was OK.

I had to do it for a whole batch of files - don't know what went wrong. But it worked. Give it a try.
