I have installed the program. I paid the $18.88 and for the 4.4.3 and my version says it is 4.4.1

More importantly, the program will not load. I dc nothing happens. I rc>open...nothing happens. HELP!

Update your Java version 1.4.x OR version 1.5 (take the JRE)

At the end of the install, it said my computer already had it.

Any and all suggestions apreciated.

Hmmm just a thought it seems some systems work better using the older java version. Try unistalling your java version and trying the older one.

If you have the older version then upgrade to the newer one.

LotR has already posted both links to either one above.

I'm not knowledgable in that area to even speculate. I've just read what helps others here. Todays computers can be set up in such a varied way, it could be almost anything.

I'm just glad to see your up and running again.
