i have this weird problem with limewire.. ive only been using it for about a day... but ive noticed that it just seems to shut itself down instantly without reason and isnt in the system tray or process list... so then i just got to start it up again... its a bit annoying when u got a good download speed going and it just exits

Try not to download too many files at once. Also don't use the Resume/Find Sources button on too many files. This will stress LW. After opening LW, let it settle before doing anything. And set your downlds to auto-complete (Tools>Options>Downlds.) Delete old search results that are a few hours old.
