Windows 2000
I can not get anything to connect. Are any problems know about using lime wire and windows 2000?
I connect to the internet normal without any problems. I use a fixed IP thru my lan and the port of 6345 has been opened. Where do I start trying to fix the problem.

I am reading through this stuff before installing limewire. I tried to install BearShare yesterday and it took most of yesterday and half of today to resetup my computer. Bearshare has problems with proxy servers. I am win2000 client on a server that acts as proxy to the internet. Are there some things I should be aware of before I proceed?

LimeWire cannot connect to the Gnutella network with a proxy internet connection.
:-(
