startup problems
whenever I start up LW, it goes through the loading process, then a bar pops up at the bottom like normal, but LW itself fails to appear. I have reinstalled it and java several times and it continues to not appear.

I would suggest uninstalling both Java and LimeWire. Then go and download the latest version of LimeWire and Java and reinstalling them both (first Java, then LW). Good luck.

Im having the same exact problem, except My message says "fatal internal error". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both java and limewire (most up to date version). What i did was uninstall java then reinstall it, then after the reboot uninstall and reinstall the limewire. That didn't help either.

I have reinstalled both a number of times and I think its the java causing the problem. is there a better or different version, or a new suggestion?
