Help!!!

My roomate downloaded some naughty files and now i cant get them to delete! When i press delete it says the file may be in use in another application but i have no other programs running, and noone is uploading. Is it b/c i deleted them from my shared folder first? Please help me remove these files from my computer!!!!!!

Do you have admin. priviliges for the account you are trying to do it from?

Try starting in safe mode and do it that way it usually works.

Yes, i am the owner of comp. Normally the only one using it.

How do you get into/what is safe mode?
