 Virus/Tracking Device here? I've just canceled a download and wanted to delete the file from my incomplete folder. When I do this a window pops up saying that the file is being used by another person or program. I use windows btw. Do you suspect that there is some sort of tracking device on this file sending information out. I also tried restarting my comp and deleting it.  |
