Is it possible to input some sort of tracking device in a video file? I have tried to delete some avi files to only find a message which says that a person/program is currently using the file and must be closed.

Chances are you can't delete the file b/c it's being shared (someone is trying to upld it.) Close LW & then try to delete it.

Yeah...the weird thing though is that when i reboot my computer and disconnect my internet connection i still get the same message. I've been able to delete it and its sitting in the recycle bin. IF i try to retreive it the message will pop up once again. Weird...anyone else experience this or know why it happens?

Go to Windows Task Manager (CTRL, Alt, Delete) and try shutting the file down from there. Then delete.
