I've established, with help from this forum, that LimeWire doesn't run properly on my computer while JRE1.5.* is installed, but it works perfectly with JRE1.4.2 installed.
Is this a problem with my computer, or with LimeWire?

Every comp's system set up is just that little bit different & yes, Java versions run differently on different comp's. Glad to hear you sorted your problem.
