| I have what appears to be this same virus on my computer but I have a problem. When I get to the step after I have opened the task manager (with the desktop shortcut) I have no processes named winupdates or anything like that. I have a process called kpf4ss.exe that is hogging like 11 K but thats it. I dont know what all of the processes running are (I know a lot of them) but nothing appears to be using anything even close to 100 percent. I have a process called winlogon.exe but it has always been there. You mentioned that not all users will have this 100 percent problem. What do I do if I dont know which process to end? Thanks alot |
