Limewire just WONT START

Everytime I try to run limewire, after I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it won't run. I get the hour glass for a split second. NO limewire ISn'T running, I checked the processes. What could it be?

Make sure that you have the latest version of LimeWire from the *Official* site, and the latest version of Java.
