downloads
I started LW and i got an error message saying my old downloads could not be loades and my incomplete folder is empty what should i do?

This may happen if:
1. Your computer crashes. 2. You did not close LW down fully before you shut down your comp. You can try to resume the files from the library window>incomplete folder, but search each file 1st. Chances are this won't succeed & you'll need to start your downlds again.
