Default Links from Limewire not opening in browser

Hello,

Every web link in 4.9.11 for me is opening in my HTML editor. If I go to Internet Options and change the HTML editor to Notepad, Limewire links open there. If I put it back to GoLive, it opens in GoLive. Etc etc. Everything worked as it should have in 4.8.1 Happens in both IE and in Firefox.

I have made no changes to the system other than installing 4.9.11 after uninstalling 4.8.1. I have removed and reinstalled Limewire after going back to a System Restore setting.

Any ideas?

XP Pro SP 2
Internet Explorer 6.0.29
Firefox 1.0.6
Limewire 4.9.11
3.2 Ghz Intel P4
1 GB RAM
WD SATA Hard Drive 120 GB

Thanks!
