| I'm currently using 4.9.23 upgraded from 4.8.1. The only annoying thing about this version is the new "UPDATES" in Limewire preferences. Why? Especially that I'm using a modem connection and I found out that LimeWire consumes all my bandwidth and seems to be downloading something. I tried to study and check it out. I was right, LimeWire is downloading new version 4.9.25 in D:\.limewire\Incomplete. I think this could be very annoying if it will try to keep downloading new version without the users consent. So my big QUESTION: Is there any way to disable this updating feature? Please reply. |
