it still won't start when i click it

ok when i click it on my desktop it won't start. i did that thing in the faq that says to change the target but that still don't work and also i redownloaded it and that didn't work either but... i also installed this program on my desktop called opera 5 that is a browser that is really fast but ever since i installed it my burner don't work and neither does limwire. can someone help me please
