Thanks for the help. i am currently in the process of trying the links. Im still thinking its a grafix card problem but at this point its too early to say. As always, keep sending that input and providing as much help as possable.

As far as knowing how much of my cpu the thing is using at time of crash, its never very much so i know im not maxing out anything. good suggestion tho.
