 No Problem, I hope you can get your money back. If you have any problem with LW let us know we will try to help you out. There may be some problems left over from the other version you got. It would be best to get rid of any traces of the previous version before installing the new one. Thanks for the apology. By the way sounds like you have a pretty good system nice video card. Im guessing a AMD 3200+ overclocked or a 3400+
