do i need to install limewire everytime i reboot my pc?

i installed limewire 4.9.30 and then i got to share and download some files, then i closed my pc knowing that i can continue to download again the next day. unfortunately, when i started running limewire there is this error ... the usually microsoft error that says that they have prepared a report...

i didnt send it to microsoft because i think it is the limewire's problem...

i uninstalled the limewire then installed it again.. then it works again.. then i closed limewire (i shut the limewire program) then run it again.. then the error occurs...

why is that?
