Does it work....does it speed up Downloads?

No idea... why don't you try it ... I gather it is free unless of course you want the Lifetime membership... I only advise you to ensure you are fully protected against spyware and viruses before you do!

I'm sceptical myself.

Yeah...me too!
Thats why Im wanting to hear from people who have tried it.
Im trying to see if its possible to tweak my slow Dial-up........cain't afford a $100 a month Cable speed hook up...

im having a hunch it a scam.........

If you on dailups, then you cant go beyond your limit. Dailups can go up to 56KB. If you happen to beyond your ISP dailip limit, then possible you will be disconnect from the internet

I just installed it.....and it did not make any difference.......only thing it did was to make Windows pop-up a warning...saying this program did something wrong and will be shut down!
So Im uninstalling the peice of shite!

My Dialup runs at...
DL=28.34 kbps
UL=211.08 kbps
