Crashing when using Limewire- special circumstance I'm going to try to explain this as well as possible.
I'm currently running an older version of XP (2001?)
I downloaded the Basic version of Limewire a few days ago, and it worked fine, i love it.
Now, my girlfriend wants to use it on her windows account. Instead of trying to figure out how to share the program between the different windows account, I downloaded the program again on her name. Now i get an "unable to create registry" error when opening the program under her name- an the program opens as normal
Now, if I leave it running on her account, and open it on mine, it runs fine until i switch names again, causing the computer to go into hypernation mode (screen goes black, power light turns organge) and i cant get it out of it, causing me to have to re-start my computer.
Basically what I'm looking to do, even if i have to remove and re-intstall Limewire, is be able to run Limewire on different accounts in windows without the mentioned problems.
I'm not really computer savy, i know the baiscs, but not the real complex stuff.
Any help would be appreciated!
