One thing you can do is shut down Limewire and when you restart it the history will be erased.
The other thing is with limewire open go to Tools>Options>View>Autocompletion> then untick the box that says "Enable autocompletion of Text Fields" then click apply. And that will make it so it doesn't show the history  .
