AOL uses PestPatrol. Use the search button above to search the word Pestpatrol or pest patrol & you'll get an understanding that it's a poorly designed program. verdyp's post on the subject is the best.
 As said, either set pest patrol to ignore LW (put on the safe list), else, get a decent spyware program such as those suggested above.
