After upgrading to LimeWire 4.10.5 I noticed that the results in the top part of the screen overlap here and there (horizontally).
The results flow in nicely and the screen fills up - when I then move the slider (to the right of the results) down I get the overlaps. Is this a problem with LimeWire or WinXP Home (SP2)? Thx |

Are you using Java 1.5? If not, get it. Try changing skins to see if you have the same problem. If no, tell us which skin it is.

Re Java : I am using J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 6
Re skin : I haven't changed anything so assume this is the standard skin. I will try to find where and how to change skin and post the results Thx for the answer. |

To change the skin, go to LW's menu bar, View>Change Skin. See if you have the same problem using another skin.
Can you tell us what graphics card brand & model you use? Also what resolution & frequency is your monitor set at? |

I changed the skin - thanks for the direction giving. Following the change of skin the overlapping lines were still visible.
The problem doesn't happen anymore since i restarted the PC. It's running since a couple of days now without any problem! Thanks for the assistance. (P4 3.0GHz - 1024MB - ATI Radeon X300SE 128MB - CRT 1600*1200 @ 85Hz + CRT 1280*1024 @ 85Hz) |
