Generic Icons Problem
I wrote twice to so called "Pro Support" and no one bothered to answer.
My problem is that since I installed 4.10.5 Pro, the icons of associated programs that use to appear in the search and 'Downloads' panels have disappeared. Instead I see the same icons that are pasted in the screen-shot below: Can someone help!

I tried your suggestions and read the links too but no success. Interesting, that at times I get correct icons and while the program (LW) is stilling running they turn back in the 'generic' form as I showed in the jpeg. Intermittent.
