Generic Icons Problem

I wrote twice to so called "Pro Support" and no one bothered to answer.

My problem is that since I installed 4.10.5 Pro, the icons of associated programs that use to appear in the search and 'Downloads' panels have disappeared. Instead I see the same icons that are pasted in the screen-shot below:

Can someone help!
