my friend has a orgram so he can hios songs from limewire onto a CD but his phone is disconnected... so can somebody give me soe info / the name of a program

Windows MediaPlayer can burn disks (free)

But Nero is much better it burns nametags too and you have alot more options (Trial Version can be downloaded) but you can only use it for a limited time or buy it
