Provide instructions for removing 'spyware'

Dear Mr. 'afisk' (or other "LimeWire" developers)

I checked "www.gator.com" and their software supposedly comes with a de-installer, but "LimeWire" didn't provide it.

So, please, tell me, even after I de-install "LimeWire", how to de-install these unwanted add-ons, companions and spy-ware.

You could at least provide instructions!
