99% cpu useage

I'm still with SNAFUSNAFU But, thanks to everyone everyone for all the options,i've searched and removed all Reg. & hard drive files from limewire, java, (CLEANED OUT EVERYTHING)
downloaded new files and installed them.Still 99% useage .Ran tune-up utilities,Regseeker,reinstalled files and still end up with 99%useage.When I run limewire, system is at 01 %,as soon as limewire window shows loading user interface, its shoots up to 99%. Don't know what else to do
